Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following policies.

Appointments and Deposits

- all appointments must be booked in advance

- deposits are required to secure all bookings. Booking online is the easiest and quickest way to secure an appointment. Any bookings made over messages or in the salon will be required to be confirmed and deposit paid before the end of day otherwise the appointment will be cancelled and offered to someone else.

- deposits are non refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

- you can cancel or reschedule your appointment with no charge 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the booking cost. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

- cancellations and rescheduling within the 48 hours period results in a loss of deposit. Deposits can be transferred to rescheduled appointments outside of the policy window.

Late arrival

- please arrive on time for your appointment.. not early and not late. There is no waiting room as this is a home based salon. There is a cafe a few doors down where you can grab a cuppa and wait or please wait in your car.

- late arrivals will still be charged the full appointment cost regardless if we have been able to carry out the full treatment within the time we had.

- arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the treatment being shortened or cancelled altogether and you will be charged.

Payment

- payment is due on the day of your appointment and must be paid before leaving the premises.

- accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of the booking.

- prices are subject to change without notice due to industry changes. You will be notified prior to your appointment should this happen.

Refunds

- no refunds are offered on treatments already provided.

- if you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so your concerns can be addressed.

Health & safety

- please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or contraindications before your appointment.

- do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. If you arrive to your appointment and are unwell, you will be asked to leave and will still be charged.

Right to refuse

- we reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments due to inappropriate behaviour, failure to follow policies and/or health and safety concerns.

Extra bits to know

- this is a home based salon and I currently work in my living room while our home is being decorated/renovated. There are no disruptions to your treatment however it is not a typical salon space.

- you will be joined by my dog you likes to say hello but then sleeps during the treatment.

- my partner may be within the home but does not intrude or interrupt the treatment

- please respect this is our home and if you do not feel comfortable with the above, I hope you are able to find a space that accommodates your preferences.
